摘要
目的探讨消毒隔离质控组如何通过质量检查,促使医院感染管理措施在护理各单元的实施,保证感染管理的持续质量改进。方法通过质控组对各单元消毒隔离的检查,将检查过程与存在问题资料进行分析。结果消毒隔离质控组通过检查过程的管理,对感染管理起到了持续质量改进作用,合格率从一季度的80.56%升至四季度的100.00%,存在问题率由6.47%降至2.45%。结论护理工作贯穿在预防医院感染控制的各个环节,充分发挥消毒隔离质控组的作用,可有效的预防医院感染,促进感染管理持续质量改进。
OBJECTIVE To explore how the quality control group of sterilization and isolation（QCGSI） promotes the implementation of hospital infection management in different nursing units through quality inspection,so as to ensure a continuous improvement in the management of infection.METHODS Through inspection on sterilization and isolation in each unit by quality control group,data on inspection process and existing problems were analyzed.RESULTS Through management of inspection process,QCGSI continuously improved the quality of infection management.The qualified rate increased from 80.56% in the first quarter to 100.00% in the fourth quarter,and the incidence of the problems decreased from 6.47% to 2.45%.CONCLUSION Nursing work goes through each link in preventing and controlling hospital infections.The activity of QCGSI can effectively prevent hospital infection and finally leads to a persistent improvement in quality of infection management.
