摘要
城市中心区道路建设基本完成的情况下,通过优化交通组织提高道路运行效率是缓解中心区交通矛盾的必然选择。以杭州主城核心区——湖滨地区为例,通过对区域功能定位、路网条件、交通流特征进行分析,指出现状交通组织存在的症结,在明确交通组织优化目标与原则的基础上,进行单向交通组织改善方案设计及利弊分析,以期对大城市中心区交通组织改善提供一定的借鉴帮助。

On this basis, in the main urban area of Hangzhou - - Lake area as an example, through to the area function fixed position, road conditions, traffic flow characteristics analysis, point out the current situation of traffic orga- nization existence problem, the traffic organization optimization objectives and principles, the one- way traffic organiza- tion scheme of improving design and analysis, in order to make the city center single line system more scientific and per- feet.
