钼-铋体系氧化物的丙烯氧化性能及应用 被引量:6

摘要 采用沉淀法制备了Mo-Bi体系复合氧化物,考察了其丙烯氧化性能和在4万t/a工业装置上的应用情况。结果表明,催化剂为由CoMO4、Bi2Mo3O12、Bi2MoO6、FeMoO4和Co6Mo12Bi1.5Ox晶相组成的粒径在200~500 nm的复合氧化物,对丙烯氧化反应具有优良的催化性能,在4万t/a工业生产装置上连续运行6个月,反应性能与进口催化剂相当。 The Mo-Bi complex oxides are prepared by precipitation method. The performance of propylene oxidation reaction on industrial plant of 40 000 t/a is tested as well. The results indicate that the catalyst is composed of CoMO4, Bi2Mo3 O12, Bi2MoO6, FeMoOd and Co6MOl2 Bil.50x and the particle size is about 200 -500 nm. During the 6 months' running on industrial installation of 40 000 t/a for the reaction of propylene oxidation, the catalyst shows superior performance equivalent to the imported catalyst.
