摘要
概述了苯乙烯 -马来酸酐 ( SMA)的共聚合反应、改性方法及应用。分别阐述了 SMA交替共聚物和无规共聚物的聚合机理和实施方法。在低温和非极性介质中 ,采用油溶性引发剂 ,可得到 SMA交替共聚物 ,而在极性介质和高温条件下 ,则可得到 SMA无规共聚物。通过对其引入极性基团或在主链上引入第三单体等手段 ,可使共聚物得到改性。此外 ,还分别讨论了各种因素如溶剂极性、温度、引发剂用量和聚合方法等对这两类 SMA的结构和性能的影响。
The copolymerization, modification and application of the styrene and maleic anhydride were summarized. Also the polymerization principles and methods were introduced respectively. The alternative copolymer can be got at the low temperature and nonpolar medium with using the oil soluble initiators. But the random copolymer can be prepared with the condition of the polar solution at the high temperature. Both of the alternating and random copolymers may be modified by means of to introduce the third monomers into the micromolecule or the polar groups on the main chain. The various effect of nfluencing copolymerization, such as the proportion of monomers, temperature, dosage of initiators, polarity of the solvent etc. were investigated. The method of phase inversing from solution to emulsion have been testified to be suitable for the preparation of styrene maleic random copolymers.
