亚铁盐制备脱硫剂及其优化

摘要 常温铁氧化物脱硫剂具有节能、降耗等一系列优点.本文研究了不同亚铁盐和沉淀剂对脱硫效果的影响,以及原料配比和脱硫工艺条件的改变对脱硫效果的影响.结果表明:当原料NH4HCO3/FeSO4=1.2时,煤气流速为1 L.min-1,脱硫效率趋近100%,脱硫剂的硫容可达到17.3%. The iron oxide desulfurizer at room temperature has a series of advantages such as energy saving and lower energy consumption.The effects of different ferrous salt and precipitant on the desulfuration were studied,and the desulfuration effects of changing the ratio of raw materials and the conditions of desulfuration were also investigated.The results showed that the desulfuration efficiency was 100% and the sulfur capacity of desulfurizer was 17.3% when the material ratio of NH4HCO3/FeSO4 was 1.2 and the flow rate of gas was 1L·min-1.
