摘要
采用热重分析(TG)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)研究了水泥生料转变成的热效应特征和水泥水化产物含量变化规律,重点研究了Al坩埚封装方式(高压密闭、低压密闭和传统加盖扎孔)对TG-DSC方法分析水泥中石膏结晶水含量的影响。发现Al坩埚密闭时石膏脱水的两个热效应峰完全分开,可大大提高热焓法定量分析二水石膏中不同性质结晶水含量的精度。
The thermal effect characteristics of cement raw materials transformed into cement clinker materials and the content evolution of cement hydration products have been studied with thermal gravimettic analysis (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) in the paper. The TG-DSC technique is also employed to investigate the effect of different encapsulation patterns of A1 crucible (high-pressure encapsulation, low-pressure one, traditional perforated lid one) on the analysis result of gypsum crystal water content. The results show that two dehydration peaks of gypsum were completely separated when A1 crucible was encapsulated, which may greatly improve the precision of quantitatively analyzing the content of gypsum crystal water of different properties with enthalpy method.
