摘要
以一新型板式蓄冰设备为研究对象,建立其有限元数值模型,利用现有的实验数据对模型进行了验证.利用模型模拟分析了相变融冰与蓄冰规律,结果表明融冰与蓄冰过程都是在一定的温度范围内完成的,且靠近板内壁面处水或冰的温度比其余各点变化更快.在此基础上提出了间歇蓄冰方式,并与连续蓄冰方式进行了对比分析.研究发现,采用间歇蓄冰方式可减少冷水机组和泵的实际运行时间,降低纯蓄冰过程的能耗.
The finite element model of a noval plate ice storage equipment is presented. It is justified by the current experimental data. The ice storage and melting characteristics of the plate ice storage equipment are simulated with the finite element model. The simulation results show that the ice storage and melting processes proceed within dif- ferent temperature ranges near 0 ℃, and for elements closer to the plate wall, their temperatures vary faster. The intermittent ice storage method is put forward and compared with the continuous one. The results show that, the intermittent ice storage method can greatly reduce the pure ice storage time, and energy saving can be realized during the pure ice storage process.
