摘要
针对双路冗余装置原可靠性模型过于简单,可靠性分配手工计算复杂耗时、出错后不宜查证、通用性不足的问题,设计了基于VB的双路冗余装置可靠性分配计算软件。该软件以共用末级火工品的双路冗余安全与解除保险装置为对象,建立"串-并-串"混联系统模型,使用VB编制。在窗体中建立了可供用户依据具体情况选择的串联系统和并联系统各10个单元,每个单元设有组成单元零件数、重要度和可靠度分配结果3个文本框。验证和分析表明:该模型准确,计算软件合理可行,保证了计算结果的正确率,使用简便,快速实时,适用于可靠性分配反复迭代操作,且具有一定范围的通用性。
Dual redundant device reliability for the original model is too simple.The manual calculation of reliable allocation time-consuming is complex,mistake cannot not be verified,and lack of universality.Aiming at these problems,a dual redundant device reliability distributed computing software was designed based on VB.The software was desiged for the final stage of explosive dual redundant safety and arming device,a "for Series-Parallel-Series" mix league system model was set up.In the form of the software,10 units for each of series system and parallel system were established,which could provide selections based on users' specific circumstances.Each unit was composed of three text boxes of several parts,importance and reliability allocation results.Validation and analysis showed that the model was accurate,the calculation software was reasonable and practicable,which could ensure the accuracy of rapid and real-time computing.The reliability distribution software could operate repeated iteration,and had a certain range of universality.
