摘要
市场经济背景下,一些人对于弘扬雷锋精神,存在一些误解;网调结果不理想,见危不助等现象突显当前雷锋精神缺失的现状。不完善的市场经济强化了人们的趋利意识,造成普遍信任的缺失;转型期社会生活的无根性强化了人的自保意识;外来文化思想颠覆"重义轻利"的传统观念,对弘扬雷锋精神造成巨大冲击;学雷锋活动往往流于形式、实效性低。新形势下,要构建社会主义核心价值观和社会信用体系,为学雷锋活动提供理论支撑和制度保障;解放思想、转变观念,扩大学雷锋活动的覆盖面;多措并举,提高雷锋精神宣传教育工作的实效性。
The public have some misunderstandings about expanding the influence of Lei Feng Spirit under present background of market economy. At the same time. the result of an Internet survey shows an unsatisfactory conclusion that the lack of Lei Feng Spirit appears in many aspects, such as refusing to help those in great danger. The main reasons behind the phenomenon include the following： inadequate market economy urges people to pursue profit and causes the lack of common trust; the uncertainty of the social life during the transformation period strengthens people＇s belief for self-protection; foreign culture damages the traditional notion of valuing the kindness and ignoring the profit and the Lei Feng Spirit; the activities of learning from Lei Feng are superficial and low in practical effects. The method for expanding the it;fluence of Lei Feng Spirit shall put great ;mportance on the following aspects： we shall build the core value system of socialism and social credit system in order to provide the theoretical support and system for the activities of learning from Lei Feng; we shall liberate our minds, change our thoughts and extend the range of Lei Fei Spirit ; we shall take all kinds of measures to increase the practical effects for promoting Lei Feng Spirit.
