摘要
准确的油井资料信息是油田开发科技水平不断提高、持续科学开发油田的先决条件,而单井日产液是油田开发生产中的基础资料。青化砭采油厂地埋斜底储油罐因各种原因导致罐体不规则,如按现用的参考理论值方法计算误差较大,致使单井日产液量计算准确率低。主要介绍为完成对不规则斜底罐的液位、容积精确测量,对液位计、流量计的实验选型,无线传感器网络的数据同步采集处理,上位机软件的开发,野外现场使用仪表及计算机的低功耗研究,定制高效可靠的通讯协议,采用一套科学的数字滤波和差值算法等,实现了快速、高效、准确的对不规则斜底罐容积自动化标定。
Accurate information of the producing wells is the prerequisite of increasing the scientific and technical level of oilfield development and sustainable exploitation of oilfields,in which the basic one is single well fluid productivity.The oil tank of Qinghuabian oil production plant is irregular for somehow,which can induce large error and low accuracy during volume calculation according to conventional reference value.In this article,approaches to accurately measure fluid level and volume of irregular oil tanks were discussed as well as realizing auto calibration of the volume of irregular oil tanks,such as experimental selections of level meters and flow meters,synchronous data acquisition and processing of the wireless sensor network,development of the upper-computer software,optimal application of digital filter algorithm and difference arithmetic,and so on.
