摘要
糖尿病是一种全球范围内严重影响人类健康的常见内分泌代谢性疾病,其发病率和死亡率近年来呈逐步上升趋势。糖尿病患者功效食品尽管品种多样,但同时既能改善糖代谢又能为患者提供多种营养、口感良好的大众化糖尿病患者功效食品并不多见。通过对乳制品与糖尿病之间的关系的阐述,说明乳制品的营养价值。
Diabetes mellitus(DM) was a endocrine metabolic disease and severe harm the health of body.The attack rate and death rate of DM increased more and more quickly.There are several kinds of functional food for patients with diabetes,but there are not many with function and good taste at the same time.In this paper,studies on the relationship between dairy products and diabetes are reviewed.
