顶端调控对亚麻农艺性状及抗倒伏变化的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Shoot Apex Regulation on Agronomic Traits and Lodging Resistance of Flax

摘要 为探明顶端调控后亚麻茎秆抗倒伏能力变化,以常规栽培为对照,研究"打顶+抑芽"、打顶、抑芽处理对亚麻农艺性状变化的影响及其与倒伏的关系。结果表明,"打顶+抑芽"处理后株高大幅下降(25.17%),茎秆明显增粗(12.24%),分枝数、分枝长度、分枝鲜质量、蒴果数和蒴果鲜质量均明显减少,平均分别较对照减少67.50%、52.80%、95.58%、88.94%和93.09%;抑芽处理后茎粗无明显变化,但株高、分枝数、分枝长度、分枝鲜质量、蒴果数及蒴果鲜质量都有不同程度的减少,处理后较对照分别减少6.41%、20.0%、13.08%、22.73%、19.05%和5.94%;而打顶处理后分枝长度明显增长(34.11%),蒴果数和蒴果鲜质量分别减少29.76%和50.93%,其余形态特征均变化不大。相关分析表明,株高、分枝数、分枝长度、分枝鲜质量、蒴果数和蒴果鲜质量与倒伏均呈极显著正相关,而茎粗与倒伏呈极显著负相关。因此,亚麻生育后期以"打顶+抑芽"处理较为理想,能有效提高麻株抗倒伏能力。 In order to determine the effects of shoot apex regulation on flax stalk lodging resistance,we used three treatments,decapitation plus inhibiting sucker,decapitation,inhibiting sucker,and conventional cultivation as the control to study the changes of morphological characteristics and their relationship with lodging resistance.The results showed that "decapitation + inhibiting sucker" treatment can significantly decrease plant height(25.17%),enlarge stem diameter(12.24%),and significantly reduce the branch number,branch length,branch fresh mass,capsule number and capsule fresh mass by the average of 67.50%,52.80%,95.58%、88.94% and 93.09% respectively.In inhibiting sucker treatment,there was no significant changes in stem diameter,but the plant height,branch number,branch length,branch fresh mass,fresh mass of capsule and capsule number decreased 6.41%,20.0%,13.08%,22.73%,19.05% and 5.94%.The branch length of the decapitation treatment significantly increased(34.11%),but the capsule number and capsule fresh mass decreased by 29.76% and 50.93%,and no changes for other morphological characteristics.Correlation analysis showed that there were highly significant positive correlations between plant height,branch number,branch length,branch fresh mass,capsule number,capsule fresh mass with lodging,but the stem diameter and lodging showed significant negative correlation.Thus,"decapitation + inhibiting sucker" treatment had better effect,which can effectively improve the capacity of lodging resistance at late growth stage of flax.
