摘要
研究了不同类型茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)的相对分子质量及其分布、支化结构、流变行为、物理机械性能,讨论了分子链结构对其性能的影响。结果表明,用于吹塑膜的1012EA和用于流延膜的3527CB具有相近的数均相对分子质量,但1012EA高相对分子质量组分含量高于3527CB的,1012EA分子中共聚单体在主链上的分布均匀性较差且存在支链较多的级分。结构的区别决定了1012EA具有高的拉伸强度,而3527CB具有高的拉伸屈服强度、断裂伸长率、热变形温度和维卡软化点,且两者具有不同的加工成型方式。
The relative molecular mass and molecular mass distribution, branching struc- ture, rheological behavior a:ad mechanical properties of different metal[ocene polyethylenes (mPE) were investigated. The effect of chain structure on their properties was discussed. The results show that 1012EA used for film blowing and 3527CB used for film casting have silimi- lar number-average relative molecular mass, but 1012EA has more content of high molecular mass components than that of 3527CB, and the distribution of comonomer along main chain of 1012EA is less uniform and 1012EA has components with more branch chain. The differences of structure determine that 1012EA has high tensile strength and 3527CB has high tensile yield strength, elongation at break, heat deflection temperature and Vicat softening point, and their molding processes are different.
