超敏C反应蛋白一氧化氮对早期诊断2型糖尿病肾损伤的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨在糖尿病肾损伤的早期发展过程中血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、一氧化氮(NO)浓度的变化。方法根据糖化血红蛋白水平(HbA1c)和微量清蛋白(mAlb)浓度将112例2型糖尿病患者分为无肾损伤组和早期肾损伤组,另选34例健康查体者作为健康对照组,观察各组血清中hsCRP、NO的水平并进行比较。结果无肾损伤组血清中hsCRP、NO分别为(8.63±2.34)mg/L、(75.01±15.01)μmol/L,早期肾损伤组分别为(14.39±3.05)mg/L、(116.06±18.34)μmol/L,较健康对照组[(6.23±1.56)mg/L和(48.63±8.89)μmol/L]明显升高(P<0.05),且两者呈正相关。结论炎性反应及内皮细胞损伤导致的血清hsCRP、NO浓度增高可能是糖尿病肾损伤发生的重要危险因素。
