摘要
研究在多校区运行模式下改变传统的高校车辆管理模式,运用科学的、系统的管理方法管理车辆。从车辆管理者的角度谈多校区运行下的车辆管理措施,从管理思路、节能保养、驾驶员素质等方面实施车辆管理措施。提高了服务质量和服务效率,节约能耗,降低费用成本。车辆管理措施对高校车辆管理具有一定的实用性和借鉴性。
The article suggests changing the traditional vehicle management under the operating mode of multiple campuses.From the perspective of vehicle management,the article expounds upon vehicle management measures in terms of management idea,energy saving and maintenance,and driver quality so as to enhance service quality and efficiency,save energy,and reduce cost.They are referential for vehicle management of universities.
