颅中窝径路内耳道手术有关的应用解剖 被引量:8

摘要 本文在100侧颞骨上,对颅中窝径路的内耳道手术中内耳道定位的方法.进行了解剖学的观察和测量,提出利用岩浅大神经、面神经管裂孔、岩浅大神经沟与面神经管迷路段的夹角(平均为97.3°),及内耳道底投影点至面神经管裂孔的距离等,作为内耳道定位的主要解剖标志和参考数据.该法比磨出上半规管透明线为标志优越. An anatomic investigation made on 100 temporal bones for the local- izaton or internal acoustic meatus during operation through the middle cranial fossa has been reported in this article. The following structures -the greater petrosal nerve, the hiatus of facial canal, the angle be- tween the labyrinthine portion of fa- cial canal and the greater petrosal sulcus (averagely 97.3 ), and the dis tance between the projection of the base of the internal acoustic meatus on the petrous pyramid and the hiatus of facial canal may serve as the ana- tomic markings or indexes. Anatomi- cally, surgical exposure of the inter- nal acoustic meatus through the middle cranial fossa should be relatively convenient.
