摘要
红台气田属低孔、特低渗气藏,具有非均质性强,纵向含气砂体叠置率高的特点,如采用前期成熟分压2层压裂管柱,完成5层压裂,需多次压井,施工周期长、储层伤害大,增产幅度有限问题,为此开展了一趟管柱分压5层先导性试验,即采用3级Y241+1级Y221封隔器组合,采用投球打开喷砂器凡事进行加砂施工,放喷结束后,逐级解封封隔器,分段解封管柱,下入生产管柱。该管柱在红台2-52井开展了先导性试验,顺利完成施工,增产效果良好。
The gas reservoirs of Hongtai Gas Field are characterized by low porosity,super-Low permeability and severe heterogeneity with multilayer in vertical.If the strings for two-layer separate fracturing are taken to complete five-layer fracturing,there will be some problems,such as killing well many times,long-term construction,serious reservoir damage and the little production increasing,so a pilot testing of the string for five-layer separate layer fracturing was conducted,that is,ball-off was used to open sand blower for sand fracturing by three Y241 and a Y221,then releasing packer step by step,releasing string stage-by-stage and running the production string were carried after the end of spurting.The pilot testing of the string for five-layer separate layer fracturing was conducted successfully in Hongtai 25-2 well,which increased the gas productivity obviously.
