摘要
目的分析阑尾炎合并复杂并发症的手术措施。方法结合3例较复杂的阑尾手术患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 3例患者均痊愈。结论复杂的阑尾手术只要处理得当,也能取得满意的疗效。
Objective To analyze several appendicitis cases with complications and the operations for these cases. Methods Clinical data of 3 patients with different types of appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed.Particular emphasis was laid on the modus operandi of 3 cases.Result All the 3 patients were cured.Conclusion Appendicitis cases with complications or complex pathological changes are seen frequently in clinic.Thus,experienced doctors discretion is necessary in certain circumstances.
