摘要
分子筛用来除去低温甲醇洗净化气中微量CO2、CH3OH、H2O,防止其进入液氮洗冷箱导致冷箱堵塞。文章结合装置开车过程中系统工况和分析数据,对可能造成分子筛出口微量超标的原因进行分析,得出分子筛出口微量超标的真正原因,并提出分子筛出口微量超标的预防措施。
Molecular sieves was used to remove trace CO2,CH3OH,and H2O existed in purified gas from rectisol wash section and prevent these gases entering cold box of liquid nitrogen wash to avoid its blockage.The possible reason for trace over standard from outlet molecular sieve with reference of operation condition was analyzed based on the analysis data during unit start-up,which revealed the real reason for trace over standard from outlet molecular sieve.Furthermore,precaution measures for this problem were proposed.
