摘要
高校突发公共卫生事件具有难以预测性和突发性等特点,如果不给予足够的重视,其带来的危害不但对高校师生的健康安全造成的威胁,同时还会影响社会的稳定和谐。本文分析总结了当前高校应对突发公共卫生事件存在的问题与不足,并从预防和处理两个角度研究探讨了完善高校突发公共卫生事件应对机制的几点建议措施。
Emergent public health hazards in colleges carries the unpredictable and emergent features. The government and the colleges shall pay great attention to the problem. Otherwise it will harm the health of the students as well as teachers and at the same time it will affect the stability of the social environment. The thesis has made an analysis on the problems of the public health hazards in colleges. Meantime, the author has proposed several procedures on how to handle the health hazards from two aspects.
