摘要 原发性腹膜后肿瘤（Primary retroperitoneal tumor,PRT）指起源于腹膜后潜在腔隙的肿瘤,主要来源于腹膜后间隙的脂肪、疏松结缔组织、筋膜肌肉、血管、神经、淋巴组织以及胚胎残留组织,但不包括胰、肾、肾上腺等实质性脏器和大血管的肿瘤。原发性腹膜后恶性肿瘤,主要包括淋巴瘤以及脂肪肉瘤。
