摘要
目的评价应用营养液专用输液器预防全静脉营养(TPN)输液所致静脉炎的效果。方法将156例患者随机分为实验组80例,对照组76例。实验组采用3μm营养液专用输液器输注,对照组采用普通输液器,分别对静脉炎发生的比例进行分析。结果对照组发生静脉炎共36例(47.37%),实验组发生静脉炎共7例(8.75%),实验组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),实验组静脉炎发生时间明显延迟于对照组。结论采用营养液专用输液器输注TPN所致静脉炎有明显的预防作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of total parenteral nutrition（TPN） to prevent phlebitis caused by nutrition infusion.Methods A total of 156 patients were divided into experiment group（n=80） and control group（n=76）.The patients in the experiment group used light-proof infusion sets with 3 μm precision filter,and the patients in the control group employed common disposable infusion sets.Then statistical analysis to the proportions of phlebitis was conducted.Results Thirty-six patients（47.37%） in the control group and 7 patients（8.75%） in the experiment group suffered from phlebitis.The incidence rate of phlebitis in the experiment group was significantly lower than in the control group（P〈0.01）.The outbreak of phlebitis in experiment group was significantly slower than in the control group.Conclusion Using TPN infusion sets has significant effect on the prevention phlebitis induced by nutrition infusion.
