摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤化疗患者的影响。方法:将46例妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤化疗患者随机分为实验组23例和对照组23例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予护理干预。3周后比较两组患者干预后的心理指标变化情况。结果:实验组患者干预后冒险量表、强势他人量表得分与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组干预后SDS得分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预可缓解妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤化疗患者抑郁情绪,提高其生存质量。
Objective ： To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of pregnancy nutritious cellular tumor patients. Methods ：46 patients with pregnancy nutritious cellular tumor were randomly divided into experimental group （ n = 23 ） and control group （ n = 23 ）. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care ,while the patients in the experimental group were given nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. After two weeks, the change of psychological values of the patients was compared before and after the intervention between the two groups. Results： The differences in the comparison of the scores of CHLC and PHLC were statistically significant before and after the intervention in the experimental group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. SDS scores after the intervention in the experimental group were lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion ： Nursing intervention can relieve depression of patients with pregnancy nutritious cellular tumor and improve their quality of life.
