摘要
基于"三创三先"的新江苏精神对体育率先基本现代化进行了研究和探讨。"三创三先"精神的提出是江苏省在向"率先基本实现现代化"目标迈进的历史时期提出的,因此体育现代化是"三先"精神指导的重要组成部分;体育率先基本现代化能够促进经济社会"三先"的实现;推动人的全面现代化是新江苏精神追求的目标与体育追求目标的契合。新江苏精神语境下体育率先基本现代化应从以下方面着力:1)民生:群众体育是重点;2)辐射:竞技体育是引领;3)突破:体育产业是关键;4)协调:体育综合实力是提升。并提出了江苏体育率先基本现代化的路径:树立民生指向,着力提升体育公共服务能力;以"三创之创新"精神为指导,努力拓展体育发展平台空间;推广试点城市经验,促进江苏体育率先基本现代化;建立完善的体育基本现代化指标体系。
The Modernization of Jiangsu Sports was discussed background the new spirit of Jiangsu . Sports modernization is an important part of modernization, basically to promote economic society＂ three first＂ implementation ; to promote all - round modernization new Jiangsu spirit pursue goal and sports goal to pursue harmony. The new spirit of Jiangsu sports in context of basic modernization following should focus on： 1 ） the people~ Livelihood： mass sports is the key; 2 ） radiation： competitive sports is the lead; 3） breakthrough： sports industry is the key; 4） coordination： sports is to enhance the comprehensive strength. Put forward Jiangsu sports to basically modernization path： set the people~ livelihood point, exert oneself promotes sports public service ability; in the ＂three year innovation＂ spirit is guidance, strive to expand the sports development platform space; promotion of pilot city experience, promote Jiangsu sports to basically modernization; establish and improve the basic sports modernization index system.
