摘要
在简要分析传统的电力系统无功优化方法的局限性之后 ,指出了在无功优化问题中引入遗传算法 ( GA)的必要性和可行性 ,然后将基于遗传算法的无功优化方法用于鄂州电网操作票管理专家系统无功优化子系统中 ,论述了基于 GA的无功优化方法的程序流程 ,着重解决了在实际应用时遇到的几个问题 ,即无功优化中离散变量的处理、目标函数及相关参数值的选取等。所开发系统的实际运行结果表明 ,该算法可有效地减少系统的网络损耗 。
After briefly analyzing the defects of the traditional reactive power optimization methods for power system. thispaper points out the necessity and feasibility of introducing genetic algorithm (GA) to reactive power optimization. Andreactive power optimization based on GA is used for reactive power optimization sub-system in Ezhou City Power System.Three main problems in practical implementation have been solved, that is how to encode the discrete parameters. how toselect objective function and its coefficients. The practical operation in Ezhou City Power System demonstrates that theproposed method can effectively decrease network loss, and improve social and economic performance.
