摘要
目的探讨氯沙坦钾联合脉络宁注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效及安全性。方法我院于2009年1月～2011年9月共收治74例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,将其分为两组,对照组(34例)和治疗组(40例)。对照组患者给予低盐、低蛋白饮食并口服氯沙坦钾片进行治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,配合静脉滴注脉络宁注射液。2个月为1个疗程,连续治疗两个疗程后对疗效进行分析。并观察患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白(24 h Pro)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)变化情况。结果 2个疗程后,对照组和治疗组的有效率分别为61.76%和87.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,对照组和治疗组治疗后24 h Pro,Scr、BUN下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组治疗后24 h Pro,Scr、BUN明显低于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组9例出现不良反应,治疗组3例出现不良反应,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦钾联合脉络宁注射液治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate clinical effect and side effect of Losartan Potassium combined with Mailuoning Injection in chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 74 patients that with chronic glomerulonephritis from January 2009 to September 2011 were divided into control group（34 cases） and therapy group（40 cases）.All the patients were given the low salt and low quality protein diet and orally given Losartan Potassium.On this basis,patients in therapy group were treated with intravenous drip of Mailuoning Injection.After four months of treatment,the efficacy,24 h urine protein（24 h Pro）,serum creatinine（Scr） and blood urea nitrogen（BUN） of the patients were analyzed.Results The efficacy rate in therapy group and control group was 61.76% and 87.50% respectively.There was statistic difference between control group and therapy group（P 0.05）.The 24 h Pro,Scr and BUN after treatment were significant lower than before treatment（P 0.05）.Compared with control group,the 24 h Pro,Scr and BUN after treatment significantly reduced in therapy group（P 0.01）.There were 9 cases of side effects in the control group and 3 cases of side effects in the therapy group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Losartan Potassium combined with Mailuoning Injection is feasible and effective in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and shows good clinical security,which is worthy of clinical application.
