摘要
目的:探讨临床药师参与产科临床药物治疗的作用及特点。方法:根据产科临床实践,针对临床医师和患者开展多方面的临床药学工作。结果与结论:临床药师在产科开展临床药学工作可以保障孕妇用药安全,提高疗效,减少不良反应的发生,减少患者费用支出,提高患者对医院的信任。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the role and characteristics of clinical pharmacist participating in drug therapy in obstetrics department.METHODS：According to clinical practice of obstetrics department,clinical pharmacists offered pharmaceutical care to the doctors and patients.RESULTSCONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacists developing clinical pharmacy can improve the safety of drug use in pregnancy woman and therapeutic efficacy,reduce the occurrence of ADR and medical cost and improve credibility to the hospital.
