摘要
结合某300MW机组5号低压加热器出口的凝结水参数及其管道尺寸,设计出一种便携式一体化孔板流量测量装置,在该装置前、后分别自带长度为3D、2D的直管段,由带颈对焊法兰与管道连接,以减少法兰对孔板前后流场的影响。对该流量测量装置进行标定的结果表明,其测量最大误差为0.85%左右,满足汽轮机热力性能试验对流体流量测量精度的要求。
Combined with parameters of condensate at outlet of the low-pressure heater no.5 of one 300MW unit as well as the size of pipelines,a portable integrated perforated-plate type flow-rate meter has been designed.Before and after the said meter,straight pipe-sections,with length of 3D and 2D respectively,are connected to pipelines by using butt-welded flange,so as to reduce the influence of flange upon the flow field of fluid before and after the peforated plate.The result of calibration of said flow-rate meter shows that the maximum error in measurement is about 0.85%,satisfying the requirement in measurement precission of fluid flowrate in thermodynamic performance test of steam turbines.
