摘要
赐宅,即皇帝或朝廷赏赐给皇亲国戚、大臣、归顺者、宦官等特殊人群的住宅。它既是一种赏赐形式和政府对官房的特殊分配方式,也是统治策略的具体运用。宋朝廷为解决赐宅采取多种手段,使其具有差别、灵活、实效等特点;但赐宅的增多和华丽,不仅给宋代国家财政带来沉重负担,而且在社会上形成追求住宅享受的不良消费风气,影响深远。
