摘要
分析医学生儿科临床实习的现状,提出几条可以促进其取得更好的实习效果的对策:医学伦理学学习及风险意识培养应贯穿医学生培养的全过程;开展先模拟后真人的实习模式;加强业务学习,增强自信心;大力提高公众对临床实习的认识;注重人文精神的培养。
Some countermeasures were proposed in order to improve the effect of the clinical clerkship after ana-lyzing the current situation of pediatric clinical clerkship： medical ethics learning and risk awareness training should be insisted in the whole process of medical students＇training; carrying out the real simulation at first; strengthening professional skills study, enhancing self confidence; further improving the public Is understanding to the clinical clerkship, paying more attention to the cultivation of humanistic spirit.
