摘要
医学科技、生活质量的超高速发展,对医护人员的专业技能、职业素养、个人素质提出了更高的要求,医护人员正面临着全新的挑战。医护人员承担的责任重、工作强度大、时间长且不固定,因此带来了严重的精神及心理的压力和波动。其负面效应直接影响到医护人员的工作、学习和生活。而大多医院管理者并未意识到其严重性,未制定相应的干预措施。目前,职业倦怠已成为国内外的一个重要研究领域,本文重点对职业倦怠的成因与干预措施进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of medical science and the great improvement of people's living quality,the professional capability and skills,personal qualities have been pushed to a higher level,which presents a new challenge for the medical staff though they have long been driven by various stress,and the hospital manage authorities fail to make certain adjustment to cope with the new situation.Job-burnout is getting prevailing in medical profession.More attention should be paid to job-burnout and it is necessary to provide certain intervention.
