摘要
近年来,我国食用菌科技不断进步,食用菌生产快速发展,产品品质不断提高,因此我国食用菌出口快速发展。但是2008年的全球金融危机,以及国外的贸易保护主义,使得我国食用菌出口出现疲软。然而随着世界经济的复苏,以及我国食用菌产业的不断发展,近几年我国的食用菌出口会不断增加,不过速度较缓。
In recent years, China＇s science and techniques have advanced by leaps and jumps,say nothing of the ones applied to the edible mushrooms.As the production of edible mushrooms develops at a fantastic speed and its quality improves continuously,China＇s edible fungus export has appeared to have a bright prospect. However,under the influence of the global financial crisis in 2008 and the trade protectionism overseas, China＇s export industry of edible mushrooms stagnated for a period of time. Luckily enough,the economic recovery gives a new life to it： it continues to progress, though at a slower speed.
