摘要
比较了由诺卜醇氢化合成氢化诺卜醇的两种方法:钠和正丁醇或异戊醇的化学还原法、镍催化的加压氢化法。气相色谱分析表明:用两种方法合成氢化诺卜醇时均有两种顺反异构体生成,且以顺式异构体为主;催化加压时,产物中的反式异构体仅占5%以下,用化学还原法时,反式异构体在产物中可达20%。从几方面考虑,合成cis-氢化诺卜醇应采用诺卜醇催化氢化法。
Two synthetic methods of hydronopol from nopol were compared in this article. The two methods were chemical reduction with sodium and n-butanol or isoamyl alcohol, and pressure hydrogenation catalyzed by Raney Ni respectively. GC analysis showed that both methods would give cisand trans-isomer, and the main product was cis-isomer. Less than 5% of the product of pressure hydrogenation was trans-isomer, while near 20% trans isomer was obtained in chemical reduction method. Taking all factors into consideration, pressure hydrogenation is the appropriate method to synthesize cishydronopol.
