摘要
采购管理是供应链管理中非常重要的一个环节,是农机装备制造企业实现增值和提高竞争力的重要内容。本文阐述了采购管理的基本概念和目标,分析农机装备制造企业的采购特点和问题,提出了针对性的改进措施。
Purchasing management is a very important linkin supply chain, isan important content to realize the value and improve the competitiveness of agriculture machinery manufacturing industry. This paper expounds the basic concept and the goal of purchasing management, analysis of the characteristics and problemof agriculture machinery manufacturing enterprises purchasing, put forward corresponding improvement measures.
