摘要
该文以自动套色控制系统为例,详述了基于工业以太网的网络控制系统的硬件构成,以及上位机与远程PLC之间的实时监控系统,上位机为基于DOS系统的工控机,采用C语言进行实现,能够实现整个系统的数据采集、数据保存、曲线显示、实时控制等功能,该上位机界面友好,实现了数据的开放性、传输能力和控制器的人机交互性,并通过工程实践验证了本软件的功能。
In this paper,an automatic register control system was taken as an example,elaborate the hardware structure of an industrial ethernet-based network control system and the real-time monitoring system of pc and remote PLC.Upper machine is a dos-based industrial computer,implemented using C language,which can achieve functions like data collection,data storage,curve displaying and real-time control.The PC user interface is friendly which shows human-computer interaction of the controller.Data of this software is open and transmittable.These functions are verified through engineering practice.
