摘要
目的分析我院2006-2009年抗肿瘤治疗药物的应用情况和发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用用药金额排序法和频度分析法对我院2006-2009年抗肿瘤药物进行分析。结果抗肿瘤药物的用药金额逐年上升,且所占比例越来越大。2006-2009年,抗肿瘤药物占全院用药金额比例分别为12.11%、13.96%、14.39%、14.34%,抗肿瘤植物药及其衍生物、其他抗肿瘤药与辅助治疗药的销售金额排序均位于抗肿瘤药物的前2位。结论我院抗肿瘤药的用药现状符合当前国内该类药品消耗总趋势,使用情况基本合理。
Objective To analyze the application tendency of the antineoplastic drugs in our hospital from 2006 to 2009,and provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods The use of antineoplastic drugs in our hospital from 2006-2009 was statistically analyzed by ordering the amount of money and frequency analysis.Results The consumption sum of the antineoplastic drugs was growing year by year.The costs of antineoplastic drugs accounted for 12.11%,13.96%,14.39% and 14.34% of the consumption sum of all drugs from 2006 to 2009.Antineoplastic plant drugs and their ramifications,adjuvant drugs and the other antineoplastic drugs dominated the first 2 place in terms of consumption sum.Conclusion The utilization of antineoplastic drugs is basically reasonable,it is in conformity with the general consumption tendency of the kind of drugs.
