随着石油企业的重组改制和股份制公司的海外上市,石油企业竞争环境发生了根本变化,石油企业文化迫切需要创新。加快市场推进,树立人本理念,规范制度建设,建设现代企业文化,提升竞争力,石油企业才能在经济全球化浪潮中强势推进,立于不败之地。
With the petroleum enterprise reorganization, restructuring and the joint stock company overseas listing, petroleum enterprise competitive environment has been fundamentally changed, petroleum enterprise culture needs to innovate urgently. Only to speed up the market mature, set up the humanistic ideas, regulate the system construction, build a modern en- terprise culture and enhance competitiveness, petroleum enterprise can be successful forever in the economical globalization tide.
