摘要
针对锦纶超细纤维上染速率快、竭染率高、且容易产生上染不匀和染色牢度差等问题,从酸性染料的浓度、染色工艺的确定、以及匀染剂的使用等方面,探讨各因素对匀染性的影响.实验结果表明,浓度为3%(owf),匀染剂用量为2%(owf),浴比1∶50,pH=5.5,100℃保温50min时,可得到较好匀染效果的织物,且耐磨擦牢度可提高至2~3级.
In order to solve the problems of fast dyeing rate, high degree of exhaustion, uneven dyeing and poor color fastness of nylon microfiber, the influence factors on levelness were discussed, such as the concentration of acid dyes, dyeing process and dosage of agents. The results showed that the desired color effect could be ob- tained with the 3% of dosage dye (owf), 2% of leveling agent (owf), liquor ratio 1: 50, pH value 5.5,heat prescrvation 50minutes at 100 ℃ ,and wear clean fastness can be increased to 2-3 grade.
