紫外分光光度法测定湿法炼锌净化液中的亚硝酸根

摘要 在盐酸介质中,不加任何显色剂,在紫外-可见分光光度计上在波长300~400 nm范围内扫描,读出在波长359.0 nm处的吸光度,由工作曲线计算出试液中亚硝酸根的含量。提出了一个简单、灵敏、选择性高的测定某些湿法炼锌厂净化液中亚硝酸根的新方法。亚硝酸根的质量浓度在5~200 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,吸收摩尔系数为3.68×104L/(mol.cm),该方法的检出限为5.36 mg/L,实际样品的加标回收率在100%~105%之间。用该法对某厂二段后液、电积新液进行了测定,结果较为满意。 In the medium of hydrochloric acid,without colour-display reagent,scanning on the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer within wavelength range of 300~400 nm,the absorbency in 359.0nm can be read and the content of nitrite can be calculated by working curve,which proposes a simple,sensitive and highly-selective method to determine the nitrite content of purified solution of zinc hydrometallurgy.According to the law of Beer as the content of nitrite within the range of 5~200 mg/L,the mole absorption coefficient is 3.68×104 L/(mol·cm),the limit of this method is 5.36 mg/L,the standardized recovery of real samples is between 100%~105%.By this method,some measurements have been done to the solution of secondary refine and solution of electrowinning from a factory respectively,with relatively satisfied results.
