摘要
由一起交通事故提出的伤情鉴定案件可看出,司法鉴定管理工作中可进行"辅助调解",化解矛盾、减少司法成本。司法鉴定管理中的调解要具备3个条件:当事人有调解意愿、抓住时机和耐心细致做思想工作。司法鉴定管理部门可对鉴定结果较明显的案件、初查无法得出鉴定结果等5类案件进行调解。
By an accident injury identification case can be seen, auxiliary mediation can be usecl m tlae judicial identification management to dissolve contradiction and reduce the cost of justice. The administration of judicial authentication in the mediation should have 3 conditions： firstly , the parties have the intention to mediate, secondly, seize the opportunity; thirdly, do with ideological work patiently and meticulously. Judi- cial expertise administration departments of identification results more obvious cases, however unable to obtain the identification results of 5 cases for mediation.
