摘要
以三维织物为基材的增强复合材料在航天、军事等领域发挥着重大作用,但是,它在体育运动领域的应用研究和发展相对滞后。从三维织物复合材料结构的合理性、织造技术的多样性和复合固化技术的先进性,说明三维织物复合材料具有力学性能优异、抗冲击性好、强度高和重量轻等特点,在织物结构和高性能纤维运用及织造制备方法上具有很大的优势;介绍三维织物复合材料在运动型护具、技击性运动护具和抗冲击性运动服装上的应用前景,新型运动护具在运动中能更好地保护运动员,随着三维织物复合材料在运动上的广泛应用,将会对体育运动的发展产生深远影响。
The threedimensional fabric reinforced composite materials have played an important role in many areas such as aerospace and military. However, research about its application and development in sports is lagging behind. In this paper, the rationality, the diversity of weaving technology and the advance nature of threedimensional textile composite structure were analysed. The results show that threedimensional textile composites have excellent mechanical properties, impact resistance, high strength and lighter weight, it has great advantages in the fabric structure, in the use and weaving preparation of high performance fibers. The applications of threedimensional composite in sports braces, especially attack sports brace and impact resistance sportswear were discussed. These new sports protective clothing can better protect the athletes from injuring. With the threedimensional composite widely used in sports braces, it will greatly promote the development of the sports.
