“后示范”期高职院校科技管理人员专业化建设研究

Professionalization of Science and Technology Administrators in Higher Vocational Colleges during the Post-demonstration Period

摘要 科研管理人员专业化建设是保障高职院校在"后示范"建设期持续发展壮大的关键因素之一。首先明晰专业化概念,其次分析专业化建设存在的不足,最后提出四方面措施促进专业化建设:制定绩效考核条例引导工作方向、规范工作细节,推行继续教育提高管理者的专业技能,开展学历学位教育优化管理群体的学科结构,通过职业资格认证使管理者获得专业权威和社会认可。 The professionalization of scientific and technological managerial staff is one of the key factors ensuring the sustainable and vigorous development of higher vocational colleges during the Post-demonstration Period.In an attempt to clarify the concept of professionalization,and analyze some relevant existing problems,the paper makes a proposal that we should take measures from four perspectives.First,we should orient the working mode through the establishment of achievement evaluation rules.Secend,we should regulate working details.Third,we should implement further education to improve the professional skills of managerial staff.Finally,we should carry out academic education to optimize the academic structure of management staff to win the approval of the professional authority and society by means of vocational qualification attestation.
