摘要
目的探讨应用跨理论模式教育对外科护士洗手行为依从性的影响。方法方便性抽样选取青岛浮新医院76名外科护士,对其进行跨理论模式的教育,对比应用跨理论模式教育前后外科护士洗手行为的变化。结果应用跨理论模式教育前后,两组间洗手行为依从性在总体和各分项上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),教育后明显高于教育前。结论跨理论模式教育有利于按照外科护士所处的行为改变阶段给予干预,从而有效增强外科护士洗手行为的依从性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the transtheoretical model education on the handwashing compliance of surgical nurses. Methods Using convenience sampling method, 76 surgical nurses were se- lected to receive the transtheoretical model education, and their handwashing behavioral changes were com- pared before and after the application of the transtheoretical model education. Results Significant differ- ences were observed in the totality and sub-items of handwashing practice between the two groups(P〈 0.05 or P〈0.01). With the transtheoretical model education,the handwashing compliance of surgical nur- ses were significantly enhanced than before. Conclusion The transtheoretical model education gives corre- sponding interventions according to different behavioral changes stages and effectively enhance the hand- washing compliance of surgical nurses.
