摘要
导致不合理医疗的现状既有外部因素也有内部因素。随着社会的发展和人民群众对医疗服务需求的不断增加,不合理医疗呈现出新的特点规律。文中重点从创新管理理念和诊疗模式、规范新技术新项目应用、提高大型医疗设备检查阳性率、合理用药等关键领域探讨如何遏制过度医疗,解决群众"看病难、看病贵"的问题,促进大型综合性医院准确功能定位、科学发展。
Excessive medical care results from both external and internal factors. With the development of the society and in- creasing demand for medical service, excessive medical care has assumed some new characteristics. This article discusses how to curb excessive medical care, reduce patients＇ difficulties and economic burdens and promote the scientific development of large general hos- pitals, focusing on the innovation of managerial ideas and medical modes, normalized application of new technology, rational medica- tion, and increasing of the positive rates of examinations with major medical apparatus.
