摘要
                
                    试验通过单因素与二次回归正交旋转组合相结合的方法研究了固液比(g/mL)、浸提温度、浸提时间对葵花籽水溶性多糖提取率的影响,确定多糖提取较优的工艺范围。结果表明:各个因素对多糖提取率影响大小的顺序是:固液比>提取时间>提取温度。频率分析法得到葵花籽多糖最优提取工艺为温度64.2℃,时间34.9 min,固液比1∶17.6,在此工艺条件下葵花籽水溶性多糖提取率为7.1%。
                
                Single-factor experiment and quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design were applied to study the effects of three main technological conditions, including ratio of solvent to solid, extraction temperature, extraction time on extraction yield of water-soluble polysaccharides from sunflower seeds. Results showed that various extraction conditions affected extraction yield in the following order: ratio of solvent to solid 〉 extraction time 〉 extraction temperature. The optimal extraction conditions were 34.9min, at 64.2℃ with a ratio of solvent to solid 17.6:1 by frequency analysis. The yield of crude polysaccharide could attain 7. 1%.
