摘要
钙拮抗剂从21世纪初已成为高血压的第一线用药，2000年以来在国内临床高血压药用量上一直占据第一。钙拮抗剂除了有明确的降压作用外，还具有显著的保护心、脑、肾等脏器功能的作用，对于老年性高血压、收缩期高血压、合并心绞痛、外周血管病、颈动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病、妊娠都是强适应证，副作用小，无绝对使用禁忌证。
Calcium antagonists have become the first line drug in the treatment of hypertension, and the use of which has been keeping in clinical first position since 2000 in China. Besides its definite efficacy in lowering blood pressure, calcium antagonists can remarkably protect the functions of many important organs such as brain, heart and kidney. It is widely used in hypertension of the elderly, isolated systolic hypertension and hypertension with angina, peripheral vessels, carotid atherosclerosis, diabetes or pregnancy with few side - effects and no absolute contraindication.
