摘要
目的观察白术内酯Ⅲ对神经细胞损伤的影响。方法选用PC12细胞株,建立缺氧损伤,兴奋性氨基酸损伤,高钙损伤3种损伤模型,采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法观察白术内酯Ⅲ对PC12细胞存活力的影响。结果与各模型组比较,白术内酯Ⅲ在一定浓度范围内可显著升高PC12细胞A570值(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论白术内酯Ⅲ对PC12细胞缺氧损伤、兴奋性氨基酸损伤、高钙损伤均有不同程度的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Atractylenolide m on neuronal cell injury. Methods To select PC12 cells as an object of study and three injured models induced by hypoxia, excitatory amino acids(EAA) and calcium overloading were established, then the effect of Atractylenolide III on injured PC12 cells was observed by MTT assay. Results Compared with three models, Atractylenolide m could promote cell viability notably (P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ). Conclusion Atractylenolide III has notable protective effect on PC12 cells injury induced by hypoxia, EAA and calcium overloading.
