摘要
从互补品这一角度出发,结合现有文献对多点竞争范围的研究,提出一个基于互补品的多点竞争概念模型,并以案例研究的方式来说明互补品对企业竞争的作用,研究表明企业跨行业整合互补品能够给企业带来多点竞争优势。
From the perspective of complementary products, combining with the existing literature on the range of multi - point competition, this paper puts forward a conceptual model of multi - point competition research based on complementary products. This paper uses a case study approach to explain how complementary product works on the enterprise competi- tion. In the meantime, this paper shows that complementary products in the cross - industry complementary integration en- terprise can bring to the enterprise more competitive advantage.
