摘要
颅内动脉瘤的血管内介入治疗在临床得到了大规模的应用。本文就血管内治疗栓塞材料与技术的发展进行阐述,主要包括水解脱弹簧圈、表面修饰及生物活性弹簧圈,支架辅助栓塞技术、球囊再塑型技术、覆膜支架、血流重建技术等。
The endovascular treatment for the intracranial aneurysm has been widely used in clinical.This review is to describe the development of endovascular embolization materials and endovascular techniques.It mainly includes the hydro-detachable coil,surface modification and bio-active coils,stent-assisted embolization technique,remodeling technique,covered stent,flow diversion technique etc.
