摘要
大量污闪事故的环境监测数据表明,输变电设备外绝缘表面的污秽程度主要与大气环境污染有关。为此,介绍了国内一些研究机构给出的盐密值与大气环境参数间的经验公式,对经验公式的独立项选取提出了修正建议。以武汉市东湖高新环境监测点为例,选取了合适的独立项计算理论盐密值,并与监测点附近的实测盐密值进行对比,理论盐密值与实测盐密值较为符合。同时,利用该方法推算了湖北省17个地区理论盐密值对应污秽等级,与湖北电网各地区污区图的污秽等级实际情况基本一致。结论表明,在无法开展现场盐密测试或没有安装污秽监测装置的地区,可考虑利用经验公式并根据修正建议推算该地区的理论盐密值,作为该地区污秽等级划分的参考值之一。
A lot of environmental monitoring data when the contamination flashover accident occurs show that the contamination condition on power transmission equipment insulation surface is related to atmospheric pollution.Consequently,we introduced empirical formula between ESDD and atmosphere environment parameters by some domestic research institutions,and presented improvement advices of choosing the independent items.Choosing appropriate independent items,we calculated academic ESDD and compared the results with measured ones,showing that the calculated results were well in agreement with the measured ones.Moreover,we calculated pollution level which was corresponding with academic equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) in 17 areas in Hubei Province,and the results were consistent with those in the actual situation.So,the modified empirical formula can be used to calculate the academic ESDD in the areas where no pollution monitoring devices exist or ESDD can not be measured,and can be used to divide the pollution level in this area.
